WHAT IS EXERCISE PHYSIOTHERAPY?

Exercise physiotherapy is a branch of physiotherapy that focuses on the use of physical activity and exercise to prevent and treat physical injuries, illnesses, and conditions. It can be used to improve overall health and wellbeing, as well as to manage specific health problems.

An exercise physiologist will tailor an individualised program based on a person's needs, goals, and abilities.
